Bertrand Doeuk
Director
Bertrand Doeuk is the pioneering Director and founder of the Australian Headache and Migraine Clinics. As a recognised authority in headache and migraine treatment, Bertrand is celebrated for his innovative approaches, deep expertise, and compassionate care.
Bertrand’s professional achievements are highlighted by his certification as a Certified Watson Headache® Practitioner, having completed the advanced Level 4 Clinical Facilitation Course under Dr. Dean Watson. As a Level 4 Clinical Facilitator, Bertrand serves as a mentor and guide to Watson-trained practitioners, ensuring excellence across all Australian Headache and Migraine Clinics.
David McCawley
Associate Clinician
Raised on the stunning Fraser Coast, David is a dedicated Senior Physiotherapist with over a decade of experience in personalised care. With Bachelor’s degrees in Physiotherapy (Honours) and Biomedical Science, he uses a holistic approach tailored to each patient’s unique needs, continuously integrating the latest advancements in the field.
Outside of work, David enjoys the outdoors, often hiking scenic trails or relaxing at the beach. He loves cooking, trivia competitions, and staying active through swimming and adventurous activities like scuba diving and horseback riding, always seeking new experiences to enrich his life and those he helps.
Tim Brasseur
Associate Clinician
Meet Tim, a dedicated headache clinician with dual honours degrees in Physiotherapy and Sports Coaching, and a trained Watson Headache® practitioner. Tim combines clinical expertise with a warm, patient-focused approach to help people reclaim a symptom-free life.
Outside the clinic, you’ll find him training Muay Thai, climbing mountains, or playing chess with his spirited Italian Greyhound-Whippet cross.
Kimberly Martos
Administrator
Kimberly, known as Kim, is a dedicated administrative professional at the Gold Coast Headache and Migraine Clinic, where she supports clinical operations while studying psychology.
With over 15 years of experience in real estate, she brings strong client service, organisational skills, and a patient-focused approach to her role. Her attention to detail and commitment to creating a welcoming environment make her an integral part of the clinic team.
