Cervicogenic Headache Treatment
The International Classification of Headache Disorders considers Cervicogenic Headache a secondary headache disorder. This means that the head pain and symptoms originate from somewhere other than the head.
At Gold Coast Headache and Migraine Clinic, we use modern and world-leading techniques, to assess your upper cervical spine and brainstem. This will determine the actual cause of your Cervicogenic Headache.
If the cause is from a sensitised brainstem, we can start treatment immediately. We will usually see quick results within the first 6 sessions, as we do with around 85-90% of our patients.
