Helen is one of our head administrators and practice manager. The example and leadership she brings to our admin team is pivotal.
Helen was born in Taiwan and moved to Brisbane in 2000, where she has since studied a Bachelor degree of Business and Education.
Some of Helen’s best attributes include her caring nature and natural empathy.

Experience

Helen is a natural people person and has worked in the customer service domain for 5 years.
These years of experience have been formative for Helen; not only to discover her skill in administration, but also realising her passion to provide high quality service.
Helen graduated with a Bachelor of Business Management and Secondary Education from the University of Queensland. These studies have equipped her with the tools to help in the everyday running of The Brisbane Headache and Migraine Clinic.

Roles

Helen plays a crucial role in ensuring all administrative duties and systems to run smoothly and efficiently. She assists the business to ensure a high quality of care for all patients who enter our doors, and also those who enquire about our services via phone or email.
Some of her professional specialties include business development and assisting in the advancement of staff capabilities and reaching personal goals.

Fun Facts About Helen

Helen is one of our resident ‘foodies’ and is known for putting on a feast. She loves baking, cooking and entertaining guests.
Helen also loves animals and has several pets. Currently she has two dogs (Coco and Kuma) and two guinea pigs (Charcoal and Barbecue)
In her spare time, you might find Helen enjoying anime, board games or even just shopping.
