Helen has been working in customer service for over 5 years. Helen officially joined the team in October 2019, as our friendly receptionist. Helen is our front of staff representative and you will see her in reception, greeting you as you walk through our doors upon arrival. She will offer you a glass of refreshing water with lemon and make you comfortable before your appointment commences.
Helen plays a crucial role in ensuring all administrative duties and systems to run smoothly and efficiently. She assists the business to ensure a high quality of care for all patients who enter our doors, and also those who enquire about our services via phone or email.
Helen’s warm and bubbly personality shines through in her daily role when greeting you. She strives to provide patients with the most pleasant experience and always treats their needs and enquiries with the highest priority. The Gold Coast Headache and Migraine Clinic also relies on Helen to provide the practice with prompt replies and completion of tasks in order keep patients information and communication between third party companies up-to-date.
