Biography

We are excited to introduce Charisse as our new Trainee Practice Manager at the Gold Coast Clinic.

Equipped with a well-founded academic foundation and extensive experience in healthcare administration, Charisse is well-prepared to lead our committed team and enhance the quality of patient care. Recently settling in the Gold Coast, she is also pursuing further legal education, adding a valuable dimension to her role.

Charisse’s top qualities include her attention to detail, strong work ethic, and her empathy toward patients.

Experience

Charisse was born in the Philippines, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology at the University of Batangas. Her passion for Law and medical administration was ignited during active participation in the country’s COVID-19 emergency response efforts. This experience deepened her commitment to healthcare and legal services, laying the foundation for her career trajectory.

She moved to Sydney in 2022 as an international student to explore the field of Business Law, with a long-term aspiration of eventually transitioning into Medicine. To broaden her expertise Charisse attained a Diploma of Business and a Postgraduate Degree in Management from Greenwich College in Sydney. She brings over 3 years of customer service experience and over 2 years in medical administration in the Inner West of New South Wales.

As an aspiring practice manager, Charisse is taking on responsibilities in overseeing the administrative, financial, and operational functions of our Gold Coast practice, ensuring efficient workflows, regulatory compliance, and high-quality patient care.

Her passion for healthcare, combined with natural leadership skills makes her an invaluable asset to our team in delivering exceptional care to the Gold Coast community.

Fun Facts about Charisse

Beyond professional accomplishments, Charisse is an avid admirer of classical music from the late 18th to early 19th centuries. Her playlists are filled with the timeless compositions of renowned musicians such as Ludwig van Beethoven, Frédéric Chopin, Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, and the energetic rhythms of the Rondo Alla Turca Turkish March.

This profound appreciation for classical music not only enriches her personal life but also reflects her disciplined and thoughtful approach to her professional endeavours. Additionally, Charisse has a passion for oil and acrylic painting, often drawing creative inspiration from the intricate harmonies of Mozart and Beethoven.

She is also a campaign artist, contributing her artworks to 1Sambayan Australia Inc. A Filipino non-profit organization based in New South Wales that advocates for good governance.
